This special release is a tribute to influential British blues founding father Alexis Korner recorded live in June of 1984 at The Club Palais Ballroom in Nottingham, England just after his passing from lung cancer earlier that same year. Raising money for cancer research, Led Zeppelin's Jimmy Page leads a supergroup of famous friends that includes Jack Bruce, Paul Jones, Charlie Watts, Ian Stewart and Ruby Turner in a charming blues and R&B based set divided into a pair of double vinyl LP volumes.
