SHIPPING INFO

Vinyl Oasis offers shipping to US addresses only. An email with tracking information will be sent when your order is ready to ship. 

 

We do not provide a refund or replacement for items that have been scanned as delivered by USPS. If your package tracks as delivered, but you have not received it, please inquire with your mail carrier or at your local post office branch.

 

Estimated delivery time for USPS Media Mail is 3-14 businesses days to US addresses.

 

Shipments returned to us by USPS due to incorrect/unclaimed/undeliverable address information will be charged a $5.00 fee for re-shipment.

 

PAYMENT INFO

Payment is accepted with Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. All prices are in $USD. A 7% sales tax will apply to orders shipping to customers. As part of our credit card security efforts, Vinyl Oasis verifies complete credit card information for all orders before shipping. If billing and shipping addresses do not match we may request additional identification, or payment via wire transfer.

 

RETURNS

All sales are final. However, if a new sealed item is defective or a used item is not as described we will be happy to exchange for a replacement of the same item within 30 days of purchase.
