Recorded in February 1964, the music bristled with the charged energy of the civil rights movement with a powerful sextet line-up featuring the great drummer with Wayne Shorter, Freddie Hubbard, Curtis Fuller, Cedar Walton and Reggie Workman. This Blue Note Classic Vinyl Edition is stereo, all-analog, mastered by Kevin Gray from the original master tapes, and pressed on 180g vinyl at Optimal.
